5 Remedies for Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

Hand-foot-and-mouth disease, or HFMD, is a very contagious viral infection which is mainly caused by the coxsackievirus A16.

While it can be very uncomfortable, it is considered a minor illness. It usually affects children under the age of 10, but anyone can get it.

Homeopathic treatment for HFMD can help the body’s defense mechanism fight the viral infection and aid natural recovery.

Symptoms can include:

• Sore throat.
• Feeling sick.
• Painful, blister-like lesions on the tongue, gums and inside of the cheeks.
